How Our Laundry Service Works
1. Collection
Place items in the provided cotton laundry bag inside your tent. For same-day service, bags should be left out by 9:00 AM. You can request collection at other times by speaking with your housekeeper or reception.
2. Processing
Our laundry team hand-washes items separately by color and fabric type. We pay special attention to safari-specific needs like removing red dust stains while preserving fabric quality.
3. Return
Cleaned, dried, and folded items are typically returned to your tent by 6:00 PM the same day. For laundry submitted later in the day, we offer next-day morning return.

Weather-Dependent Drying
During the rainy season (April-May, November), drying times may extend due to humidity. We use protected drying areas but cannot guarantee same-day return during heavy rains.
Lost Items & Responsibility
While we take utmost care, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to delicate items or items sent contrary to our guidelines. We recommend not sending irreplaceable or valuable clothing items.

Can I get laundry done on my arrival/departure day?
Arrival day: Yes, if submitted by 2:00 PM for evening return. Departure day: We don’t recommend it unless you have a late afternoon departure.
Do you offer ironing service?
We can provide light pressing for a small additional fee ($1-2 per item). Most safari fabrics are designed to be low-wrinkle.
What about underwear and personal items?
We respectfully wash all items. Some guests prefer to hand-wash personal items themselves—bathroom sinks are suitable for this.
