🌿 Our Culinary Philosophy
We believe in food with provenance. 85% of our ingredients come from within 50km of camp—from Maasai homestead vegetables to locally-raised livestock and wild-foraged herbs. Our menu celebrates seasonal availability with Maasai-inspired preparations.
👨🍳 Maasai Culinary Team
Led by Chef Joseph, our kitchen team combines traditional Maasai cooking techniques with contemporary presentation. Many recipes come from our staff’s family traditions, offering you authentic flavors rarely experienced by visitors.
